AS A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE YOU WILL
Define and improve overall customer experience, participate in day-to-day operations and follow customer experience best practices
Prepare customer journey maps, identify and analyse pain points, define root causes and design and implement preventive action plans
Prepare the voice of customer and NPS analyses periodically and act as an advocate for the customer
Interpret and synthesise customer feedback, manage all the digital channels regarding the customers and create and manage metrics to monitor customer experience
Create and update guidelines for Customer Experience Department
You have previous experience in the customer experience arena in the financial services field and higher education. You have advanced Excel skills and deep knowledge of customer experience, digital channels and project management. You are goal-oriented, co-operative and have exceptional problem-solving skills. You have excellent English language skills.
